房間不乾淨 有臭蟲 被咬傷 一週都沒有好非常嚴重  不單獨通知 沒人清理房間 沒有冰箱 衹有第一天有一瓶水 清潔房間 也沒有更換水

The hotel itself is new and nice. However, i didn't like 4 things: - the location is far away from the city centre. - the parking is very expensive! - the pillows were too high and uncomfortable for me. - no fridge in the room.

Das Hotel list nur ein paar Stationen mit der Line 4 oder 14 vom Bahnhof Deutz entfernt. Parkplätze gibt es im Hotel oder in der nächsten Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Der Check-in/ Check-out verlief sehr schnell und freundlich. Insbesondere bei Konzerten im Palladium oder E-Werk sehr zu empfehlen.

酒店設計很好，就是房間小了點，還有最糟糕的是停在酒店的門口的車被拖走了了，罰了252歐元，鬱悶。酒店還有歡迎飲品，裝修也很年輕花，邊上有很多餐廳。

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Moxy und sind total begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist großartig,tolle Zimmer, schöne Bar und sehr nettes Personal.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, wenn man zu einem Konzert z.B Palladium geht.Service und Zimmer waren gut.Bei der Badezimmerschiebetür müsst wahrscheinlich noch etwas optimiert werden.gng schlecht zu... Das Frühstücksambiete ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Obwohl wir schon gegen halb zehn da waren, war es sehr unruhig. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.
